PARK RULES

PAYMENT

Deposit of first night reservation fee + tax required at the time of booking. Any balances are due upon arrival. Personal checks are not accepted at check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations canceled outside 7 days will be assessed a $25 processing fee and the remaining balance will be refunded. Reservations canceled within 7 days prior to arrival will forfeit first night reservation fee and tax deposit. Any guests that have not shown up 24 hours after their check-in time, and have not made prior arrangements with the resort staff, will be considered a no-show reservation and forfeit their deposit.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in Time: 1 p.m. Check-Out Time: 11 a.m. Late check-outs may be available for a fee, check with the resort office on your day of departure for availability.

SITE LOCATIONS

All certified RV types are permitted unless prevented by specific site constraints. No oil changing, car washing, or automotive work allowed at your site. Sites must be cleaned up of garbage and debris prior to departure. Additional charges may result for sites requiring additional cleaning.

PERMITTED OCCUPANTS

All reservations include a maximum of 6 adults unless otherwise stated. The individual reserving the site must be a minimum of 18 years of age and be physically present at the time of check in.

VISITORS

Campers are responsible for their visitors. Each visitor must register at the Park Office.

AMENITIES & FACILITIES

We encourage you to visit the amenities page for specific information. Please remember that all amenities are on a seasonal and weather dependent schedule that may have limited hours. We reserve the right to close any facilities at our discretion without prior notice. Please refer to posted rules and regulations throughout the property for additional information on our amenities.

QUIET HOURS

Our quiet time is from 10 p.m. - 8 a.m. daily, but please be courteous to your fellow guests during all hours of the day. During quiet hours, there is no loud talking, loud radios, loud televisions, or other loud noises allowed. The use of generators are not permitted on the property.

RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBOR

Please be considerate of your neighbors' privacy and space. Do not walk on or pass through the site of another guest. Respect our local culture, wildlife, and other guests. Please be mindful of our local bylaws and conservation of resources.

SMOKING & ALCOHOL

The Virginian Lodge & RV Park is a smoke-free property. Smoking is allowed around the perimeter of the property and must be at least 25 feet away from any buildings or RV Sites. Alcohol is permitted by legal drinking age adults as long as it is done so in a way that will not directly or indirectly impact the experience of other guests. Alcohol must be consumed in a responsible manner. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.

SITE SAFETY

Your site has full hook ups (30/50 amp electric, water and sewer), a picnic table, shade tree & grassy area. Grass mowing takes place on T, W and Th – please clear your site during the day. Please mind the grass and do not use large outdoor mats or park on it. No tent camping or campfires permitted, per town ordinances. Please do not leave awnings, sun shades, mosquito nets, or any items that could blow away unattended. Wyoming wind is very unpredictable. This is bear country – please keep your site tidy and clean of bear attractants such as food and drinks. Unattended grills and coolers should be stored in the camper or vehicle while you are absent from your site.

CHILDREN

For the safety of our younger guests, we ask that parents accompany children under 12 using the facilities. Children should use extreme caution when crossing or playing near park roads. When using the Lodge Pool, no lifeguard on duty, amd children must be accompanied by an adult.

PETS

We are a pet-friendly park but pets may not disturb other guests, and must be cleaned up after by owners. Pets must always be on a leash and restrained when not confined inside an RV, and that no pet may be left unattended outside of an RV, even on the site. There is a maximum of two pets per reservation. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Management reserves the right to remove or restrict disruptive or aggressive pets. All pets must also be up to date on vaccines, and copies of pet vaccine records must be available upon request. Upon check-in, please notify the office of your pets if you have not already added them to your reservation during the booking process.

GARBAGE & RECYCLING

Any garbage is to be put in the designated areas and garbage bins located on the resort map. Do not store trash outside your RV at your site.

SEWER HOOKUP

A sealed sewer connection (such as a sewer elbow) is required by the town of Jackson.

PARKING & PROPERTY ROADS

One RV and one vehicle are included with each reservation. Trailer towed vehicles by car hauler are not allowed in the park and are considered utility trailers. Flat towed and dolly towed vehicles are permitted if they are not an additional vehicle. Additional vehicles are not permitted and must be parked off site and are not permitted to be parked at the Virginian Lodge. Towing is enforced at the guest’s expense. Please park and set up only in your assigned site. Please do not park any motorized vehicles on grass.

SPEED LIMIT

Please obey posted speed limits on property – posted speed limited is 5 mph. Failure to obey speed limits may result in removal from the property without refund.

TRANSPORTATION

Non-motorized skateboards, scooters, roller blades, roller skates and bicycles are permitted to be utilized as long as they are done so in a safe and quiet manner. Bikes should not be ridden in the courtyard of the Virginian Loge. Motorized items such as drones, motorbikes, hover boards and similar motorized recreational items are prohibited.

FIREWORKS

The use of fireworks, including sparklers and explosives of any kind, are not permitted under any circumstances. Anyone caught with fireworks may result in removal from the property without refund.

FIREARMS & WEAPONS

Guests must obey all federal, state and local laws regarding the ownership and possession of firearms. Firearms are not permitted in any property buildings or common areas. The only exception is that guests may have a firearm in a locked, private vehicle in parking areas if permitted by law. The discharge of firearms, BB guns, air guns/rifles, or similar devices is strictly prohibited.

GENERAL CONDUCT & REMOVAL

Guests are always required to comply with all rules and regulations posted at the property as well as directions of the Park team. We reserve the right to remove anyone in violation of these rules and regulations from the resort.
